The Celestial Seasonings factory tour is not your average tour experience. We take you into our tea manufacturing facility itself – so you get to be in the heart of the action!
Our free tour takes 45 minutes to complete. After a short video introduction, visitors enjoy a 30-minute walking tour through our tea factory. Please see below for important information about wheelchair accessibility, minimum age requirements and more. While children of all ages are welcome at the Tour Center, only children aged 5 and older are allowed to go on the factory portion of the tour.
While you’re here, be sure to visit our Tea Shop, featuring Celestial Seasonings teas and gifts plus healthful foods and personal care products from the Hain Celestial family of brands. On weekdays, join us at the Celestial Café, where you’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch in a welcoming environment full of our iconic artwork.
No reservations are required for individuals and family groups but all larger groups do require reservations. Schools, special needs groups, clubs, etc. request a tour time here. You will receive a reservation confirmation via e-mail.
Tours are guaranteed on the hour for walk-in public. Maximum 45 people per tour. Tickets are first come, first served.
We are closed on most major holidays, including: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day (closing at 3pm on Christmas Eve) and New Year's Day (closing at 3pm on New Year's Eve).

Because our factory follows strict FDA requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), our tour has some basic restrictions you’ll want to be aware of.
Yes! The Celestial Café is open to the public for breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. Breakfast is 7am-10am and Lunch is 11am-2pm (soup and salad bar available till 2:30pm). The Café offers a special group menu for school and special needs groups. Please contact the Café Manager for more information and for reservations for groups of 8 or more at 303-581-1308.
Yes! You can purchase all of our teas and some Celestial Seasonings merchandise at our Online Store.
Of course! You can sample any of our teas at the sampling bar before and after the factory tour. In fact, if you would like to just stop in and try our newest blends without taking the tour, feel free!
Usually, yes! Our factory is in operation Monday through Friday, though we do occasionally shut down for maintenance or other operational needs. We are not in production Saturday or Sunday, but factory tours on the weekends are still 45 minutes long and contain all the same information and the same stops as a tour conducted during the week. Please call 303-581-1202 to check our operational status.
Yes! Be sure to download our Elementary Group Curriculum while you are planning your class visit. It's loaded with exercises and lesson ideas for your class to try before, during and after your visit to Celestial Seasonings. A reminder that large groups (including school classes) require advance reservations.
We have lots of photo opportunities before and after the tour, but photos are prohibited inside the factory itself.
For safety reasons, children under 5 are not allowed on the factory portion of the tour.
Yes. Reservations are required for any non-family group of 8 or more, or any group with special needs. Please call 303-581-1266 or 303-581-1477 to make a reservation.
Reservations are not required for individuals, families and small groups, but are required for non-family groups of 8 or more. Tours leave every hour on the hour and are first-come, first-served for walk-in guests. We add extra tours during busy times like holidays and summer.
Yes and yes! The tour route is completely wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available on a first- come, first-served basis in the Tour Center.
